Oana Cioaca Taylor

Oana Cioaca Taylor has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Oana began their career in 1994 as a Production Coordinator at Castel Film, where they assisted with various production needs for American movies and provided recommendations for dining and entertainment options. In 1995, they joined Media Pro International as a Production Manager, overseeing the production of talk shows, game shows, live events, concerts, and fashion shows. Oana supervised a team of 80 editors and production assistants and coordinated post-production for multiple shows per week. In 1999, Oana transitioned to Tempo Advertising as an Event Manager, coordinating and producing event campaigns for Xerox Corporation. Oana managed event budgets and led meetings with department executives to review project status. From 2001 to 2002, they served as an Office Manager at Donna L. Stern CPA, maintaining administrative and procedural processes and improving inventory management and reporting accuracy. In 2002, they joined Terra Traditions as an Office Manager, overseeing the daily management of the business and establishing effective communication systems. In 2004, Oana started working at Tarrant Apparel Group as an Executive Assistant to the CEO, where they scheduled board meetings, acted as a professional representative of the CEO to executive clients, investors, and board members, and collaborated on special projects and events. In 2006, they joined Sunrise Brands (formerly Tarrant Apparel Group) as an Operations Manager, and later took on the role of VP of Logistics for Private Brands, overseeing logistics operations for the company's private brands. Throughout their career, Oana has demonstrated strong organizational and leadership skills, as well as the ability to handle diverse responsibilities in fast-paced environments.
