About
The board of directors at Sunrise is made up of experienced professionals from a variety of industries and educational backgrounds. Organizing Lead (Alachua County) at Dream Defenders, Leasing Specialist at The Collier Companies, Freedom Fellow, Community Organizer at Dream Defenders, and Field Organizer at Harvey Budd for City Commission are all previous experiences of the board members. They also all hold degrees from the University of Florida in African-American/Black Studies.
