The Healthcare & Clinical Team at Sunrise Community Health, comprising members such as the Chief Clinical Officer, Assistant Chief Clinical Officer, PACs, and the Medical Education Manager, is dedicated to delivering high-quality medical, dental, and behavioral health services. They ensure that care is patient-centered, effective, and accessible to the low-income individuals and families in northern Colorado.
