Jess Barker

Jess Barker is a seasoned business mentor and founder of Sunrise Consultancy, established in March 2022, which supports entrepreneurs in scaling online service businesses through effective growth strategies. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Business Operations at The Mintable, focusing on community-based learning for managers, and coaching at Startmate, a top Australian accelerator. Additional roles include an entrepreneurial position at Antler, Head of Strategy and Operations at Awayco promoting circular economy initiatives, and participation in a prestigious fellowship program at Startmate. Jess holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Politics from the University of Exeter, a Graduate Diploma in Law and Accelerated LPC from BPP Law School, and an MBA with an AGSM Excellence Scholarship from AGSM @ UNSW Business School, complemented by studies at Yale School of Management.
