Geoff Pearson

Geoff Pearson has a diverse work experience spanning various positions in the IT industry. Geoff has held leadership roles at several companies, including Sunrise Farms, where they served as the Director of IT Operations, overseeing multiple locations and implementing an effective IT infrastructure strategy. At the Provincial Health Services Authority, Geoff was the Senior Director of Desktop Technology Services, responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive desktop and VDI services strategy. Geoff also founded Winscape Recruitment, a company dedicated to connecting qualified applicants with blockchain technology companies.

Geoff has also worked as an Executive Director of IT Operations at AMINA BANK, where they led a team of IT infrastructure professionals and aligned IT initiatives with business objectives. Prior to that, they served as the Director of IT Infrastructure Services at Leonteq, where they managed the IT infrastructure team and guided the implementation of public cloud infrastructure. Geoff has also worked at Credit Suisse and UBS, where they held senior roles focused on IT infrastructure and Citrix technology.

Geoff also holds various certifications in IT and project management, including Microsoft Certified: Azure Network Engineer Associate, Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, and PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
