Joell Siciliano

Joell Siciliano has a strong background in talent management, organizational development, and leadership development. Joell is currently the Vice President of Talent Management at Sunrise Senior Living, where they oversee learning, leadership development, performance management, and organizational design. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior Director and Director of Organizational Development at Sunrise Senior Living, where they provided internal consulting in areas such as leadership development, succession planning, and change management. Before joining Sunrise Senior Living, Joell worked at Navy Federal Credit Union as the Manager of Leadership and Talent Development, where they led talent development efforts for the organization. Joell also worked as an Organizational Learning Specialist at Navy Federal Credit Union, where they were responsible for identifying leadership development needs, designing and facilitating leadership development programs, and supporting talent and succession management processes. Earlier in their career, Joell worked at AvalonBay Communities as the Senior Manager of Management Development and held the position of Manager of Leadership & Organizational Development at Sunrise Senior Living.

Joell Siciliano holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from Longwood University. In addition, Joell has a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Leadership from Marymount University and a Master's degree in HRM/Organizational Development from Marymount University. Joell has also obtained certifications in Emotional Intelligence (EQi 2.0/EQ 360) and as a Myers Briggs Type Indicator Certified practitioner from OKA (Otto Kroeger Associates).
