Joell Siciliano has a strong background in talent management, organizational development, and leadership development. Joell Siciliano holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from Longwood University. In addition, Joell has a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Leadership from Marymount University and a Master's degree in HRM/Organizational Development from Marymount University. Joell has also obtained certifications in Emotional Intelligence (EQi 2.0/EQ 360) and as a Myers Briggs Type Indicator Certified practitioner from OKA (Otto Kroeger Associates).
