Tina Ruiz-Ellen

Tina Ruiz-Ellen has a diverse work experience in the field of design and architecture. Tina started their career as a Designer at George Gordon Architects in 2000 and worked there for four years. Tina then moved on to Rich Markus Architects, where they served as a Project Architect/Manager from 2004 to 2011. During this time, they gained valuable experience in managing projects and overseeing architectural design.

In 2011, Tina joined Streetsense as a Project Manager and worked there for five years. Their role involved managing various projects and ensuring their successful completion. In 2016, they transitioned to Sunrise Senior Living as a Design Manager, overseeing design-related tasks for the company. Tina quickly advanced to the position of Director of Design, New Construction in 2017, where they played a crucial role in the development of new projects. Currently, Tina holds the position of Senior Design Director, New Development at Sunrise Senior Living, a position they have held since November 2022.

Prior to that, they earned a Bachelors in Science / Architecture from the same institution in 1999.
