Jeffre Lowe

Jeffre Lowe has over thirty years of experience in the legal field. From 1986 to 1990, they worked as an Associate Attorney at Hartrick & Hartrick in Birmingham, Michigan, where they handled all aspects of complex business and commercial litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and handling all aspects of law and motion. From 1990 to 1992, they worked as an Associate Attorney at Angel & Neistat, a complex business and commercial litigation firm. From 1992 to 1996, they worked as a Senior Litigation Counsel at Kwak, Kim & Park, P.C., a Korean-American law firm that focused on complex commercial law, intellectual property law, trademark law, aviation law, and general business and commercial litigation. From 1999 to 2003, they were the President and General Counsel at Total Secured Financial, LLC, where they were contracted to enforce in excess of half a billion dollars in charged off loans. From 2003 to 2019, they were the Senior Managing Partner at Lowe & Baik, a Professional Corporation, where they personally conducted multiple jury trials, numerous non-jury trials, dozens of arbitrations and hundreds of mediations. Since 2019, they have been the Senior Legal Counsel - Litigation and Transactional at the Law Office of Jeffre T Lowe. Currently, they are the General Counsel for nationwide real estate and financial services group of companies at Sunset Equity.

Jeffre Lowe obtained their Bachelor of Arts - BA in Economics, Political Science, and English - Writing from Western Michigan University between 1980 and 1983. Jeffre then attended the University of Notre Dame, where they earned their Doctor of Law - JD in Law between 1983 and 1986. In May of 1990, they obtained a State Bar of California certification and in August of 1986, they obtained a State Bar of Michigan certification.
