Laurel Hall, PHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience in various roles within the human resources field. Laurel is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources and Workforce Development at the Park District of Highland Park. Laurel Hall, PHR, SHRM-CP completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology at North Park University from 2000 to 2004. Laurel then pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at The Chicago School from 2005 to 2007.
In addition to their academic achievements, Laurel Hall has gained several professional certifications. Laurel obtained the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from the HRCI in January 2013 and from the HR Certification Institute in March 2019. Laurel also obtained the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in December 2015. Furthermore, Laurel obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification once again from the HR Certification Institute in July 2022.
