Matthew Bates

Matthew Bates is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and product management. Currently serving as the Lift Operations Foreman at Sunshine Village Ski & Snowboard Resort since June 2018, Matthew has developed expertise in managing lift operations. Prior to this role, Matthew worked at Farnell element14 from 2010 to October 2017, where responsibilities included serving as a Product Manager and Product Author. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Hull, completed between 2007 and 2010.
