Jennifer Zhu

Jennifer Zhu is a seasoned professional in research and development with extensive experience in the consumer goods industry. Currently serving as the Global Head of Research & Development at Sunstar Global since July 2025, Jennifer is responsible for leading the company's innovation strategy and enhancing R&D capabilities to foster business growth. Prior to this role, Jennifer held significant positions at Galderma as Head of Innovation for Dermatological Skincare, and at Johnson & Johnson, where responsibilities included overseeing global Beauty Care R&D and leading innovation strategy for the Asia Pacific Consumer Sector. Jennifer's career began at Procter & Gamble, where roles spanned from Director of Global Baby Care R&D to Associate Director of Global Fabric Care R&D. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Guangdong University of Technology.
