Kurt Schneider

Kurt Schneider has significant experience in fixed asset management, currently serving as Manager of Fixed Assets at Sunstone Hotel Investors Inc. since November 2015. In this role, Kurt oversees the fixed asset portfolio, handling asset creation, disposals, compliance issues, and reconciliation, while also performing asset reviews for new acquisitions. Prior to this position, Kurt held various roles including Fixed Asset Senior Accountant and Fixed Asset Accountant, managing fixed assets for both Sunstone and Ingram Micro, where responsibilities included audit preparation within a SOX compliant environment. Early career experience includes positions at Scantron as Sr. Accountant and Epoch Internet as Accounts Receivable Supervisor.
