Lois Padilla

Lois Padilla is an Associate Talent Director within the Portfolio Operations Group at Sunstone Partners. Her focus is on senior-level recruiting for its portfolio companies within cloud services, healthcare, cybersecurity, and marketing services.

Prior to joining Sunstone Partners, Lois was a Consultant at Renovata & Company, a retained executive search firm where she managed and executed the end-to-end delivery of C-level searches alongside the partners in the firm for private equity-backed portfolio companies and corporate clients across technology, media, telecommunications, and consumer services. Lois started in retained search as the Director at Jameson & Jackson Search Partners where she led the full life-cycle delivery of VP-level roles across sales, operations, finance, marketing, and others for private equity clients across telecommunications, technology, media, healthcare, and transportation.

Prior to executive recruitment, Lois held in-house operations management and consulting positions in the financial, healthcare, and human capital sectors in the U.S. and Canada.

Raised in the Philippines, migrated to Canada, and currently living in Chicago. Lois earned a degree in Business Management and Accounting from Centennial College, Canada, and Accounting and Finance from the Toronto School of Business.
