Dana Allen

Dana is the Managing Director, Talent at Gauge Capital. He leads the firm’s human capital efforts, advising the firm and portfolio on building and enhancing leadership teams and boards to drive value-creation. Prior to joining Gauge, Dana was an executive search consultant at Spencer Stuart and at Russell Reynolds, partnering with clients across multiple industries. His early career includes industry operating experience from PepsiCo, Nestle, and Staples. Dana has an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and a BS in economics from Santa Clara University.
