Tom Delotto

Tom Delotto has extensive experience in the marina management industry. Tom is currently the Senior Director of Safety & Compliance at Suntex Marinas, where they have been working since 2016. Before that, they served as the VP of Marina Management Service, Operations & Development at Marine Management & Consulting from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, Tom worked at MacDougalls' Cape Cod Marine Service as a Special Projects Manager and Customer Service Representative from 2014 to 2016. From 2011 to 2014, they were the Director of the Newport Exhibition Group at Newport Harbor Corporation. Tom also held various roles at Island Global Yachting, including Director of Marina Management Services / Business Development and Director of Business Development & Management Services. Additionally, they worked at Marinas International as a Regional Manager for Marina Operations and Property Acquisition, and at Westrec Marinas as a Regional Manager for the Northeast Marina Group. Throughout their career, Tom has gained expertise in sales, budgeting, marketing, and operations in the marina industry.

Tom Delotto has a degree in Engineering - Small Craft from Roger Williams University. In addition, they hold various certifications, including ABYC Master Marine Electrician from the American Boat and Yacht Council, CRMP - Clean Resilient Marina Pro Faculty from the Association of Marina Industries, EPA UST Class A Operators License - Training from the US Environmental Protection Agency, and Certified Hazardous Materials Supervisor Trainer HAZWOPER/HAZMAT from New Enviro. Tom has also completed HIPAA Awareness Training from HIPAA Training and OSHA Certified Staff Trainer - General Industry S&H - Powered Equipment - Respirator Certification from OSHA. Furthermore, they are an ABBRA Certified Marine Service Manager from the American Boat Builders & Repairers Association and holds a USCG MMC 100 Ton Towing Endorsed from the U.S. Coast Guard. Tom's educational background and certifications demonstrate their expertise in the marine industry.
