Luis Dugarte

Luis Dugarte is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as Regional Senior Manager and Talent Acquisition Lead for EMEA and South America at Suntory Global Spirits since September 2019. With a strong focus on the UK, Germany, and Spain, Luis leads a diverse team across 18 countries from the International HQ in Madrid. Prior experience includes key roles at Hays, where Luis managed recruitment for significant projects in digital marketing, IT, and financial services, as well as a position as a visiting professor at EAE Business School. Luis's career began at PDVSA Oil & Gas, where recruitment and training were the primary focus.
