Megan Cox

Megan Cox is a seasoned professional in packaging innovation and development, currently serving as the Director of Packaging Innovation and Development at Suntory Global Spirits since July 2013. With a strong leadership background, Megan manages a team of 12 and collaborates with suppliers to address performance issues aligned with key performance indicators. Previous roles at Suntory include directing the selection of a new Product Lifecycle Management system, overseeing packaging operations for iconic brands like Maker Mark and Jim Beam, and earning the Vision to Action Award for exemplary supplier transitions. Prior to Suntory, Megan held the position of Senior Packaging Technologist at The HJ Heinz Company, where significant cost savings were achieved through strategic packaging initiatives. Educational qualifications include a BS in Packaging from Michigan State University and an MBA in Management from Robert Morris University.
