Mattias Wallin has extensive experience in supply chain and operations management. Mattias currently holds the role of CSCO (Chief Supply Chain Officer) at Suntory PepsiCo Beverage (Thailand), where they lead the supply chain and manufacturing operations of the joint venture. Prior to this, they served as SVP (Senior Vice President) of Supply Chain for Suntory Beverage & Food (Thailand), overseeing the entire supply chain in Indochina.
Before joining Suntory, Wallin worked as the Operations Director at FrieslandCampina, where they were responsible for the end-to-end supply chain operations in Thailand and other parts of Southeast Asia. Mattias also held the position of Corporate Chief of Operations/Managing Director at Harmless Harvest, managing the manufacturing and sourcing operations, as well as farmer development programs for organic farming.
Wallin has previous experience with Nestlé and Kellogg Company, where they held various leadership roles in manufacturing and supply chain management. At Nestlé, they served as the Corporate Contract Manufacturing Manager for Thailand and the Corporate Operations Performance Manager for Indochina. During their time at Kellogg Company, they held the positions of Director of Co Manufacturing for Asia Pacific and Operations Director for Southeast Asia.

Mattias Wallin began their education at San Leandro High School, where they obtained their High School Degree in 1992. Mattias then pursued further studies at Forsmarks Skola from 1993 to 1994, specializing in Energiteknik (Energy Technology). Afterward, they attended Chalmers University of Technology from 1994 to 2000, earning their MSc degree in Industrial Engineering and Management (Industriell Ekonomi).
