Emerson Carnavale

Emerson Carnavale has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 2005 at Hewlett-Packard as a Lead Generation professional, Emerson then worked at UPS as an Intern in 2007. From 2008 to 2011, Emerson held various roles at Honeywell Aerospace, including Inventory Analyst, Buyer Planner, Logistics Analyst, and Program Manager. In 2011, Emerson joined Henkel of America as a Purchasing Manager, focusing on contract logistics. The following year, Emerson worked at Elite SCS as a Senior Finance and Operations Manager. Since 2013, Emerson has been at Sunwarrior, where they have held several positions including Chief Supply Chain Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and currently as the Chief Executive Officer. At Sunwarrior, Emerson oversees all aspects of the company's supply chain, including purchasing, manufacturing, quality control, warehousing, and distribution to both domestic and international clients.

Emerson Carnavale pursued their education in a sequential manner, beginning their academic journey at Brigham Young University from 2005 to 2007. During this period, they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) specializing in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management. Later, from 2010 to 2012, Emerson attended the Thunderbird School of Global Management, where they embarked on a Global MBA program tailored for Latin American Managers.
