Trent Jordan has over two decades of work experience in various roles related to environmental management and project development. Trent is currently employed at Sunwater as a Program Manager. Prior to that, Trent worked at BHP for 12 years, where they held positions such as Manager Studies, Principal Business Planning, and Study Manager / Lead. In these roles, they managed and coordinated a range of studies and projects, including dragline moves, tailings management, infrastructure upgrades, and environmental assessments. Before joining BHP, Trent worked at Sinclair Knight Merz as an Environmental Project Manager and Client Relationship Manager. Trent also holds previous experience at companies such as Thiess Services, Xstrata Copper, and Mount Isa Mines. Throughout their career, Trent has demonstrated expertise in environmental management, project coordination, and developing efficient methods for business case presentation.

Trent Jordan completed their Bachelor of Environmental Engineering (BE) with Honors at The University of Queensland from 1992 to 1995. Later, from 2002 to 2008, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Southern Queensland. In addition to their formal education, Trent has also obtained various certifications including Journalism Skills for Engaged Citizens from Coursera Course Certificates in September 2016, Understanding the Brain: The Neurobiology of Everyday Life from Coursera Verified Certificates in July 2014, Financial Markets from Coursera Course Certificates in March 2014, A Beginner's Guide to Irrational Behavior from Coursera in March 2013, Model Thinking also from Coursera in September 2012, and a Diploma of Project Management from Interlink Technology in August 2011.
