Jennifer M. has over twenty years of professional experience in the behavioral health space. Jennifer began their career in 1997 as a Blue Cross Plan Lead IV at Wellpoint Pharmacy Management, where they provided award-winning customer service and significantly increased claims processing metrics. In 2002, they were hand-picked by the Director of District Counseling Services to co-author the TN state curriculum for 200+ certificated School Counselors. Jennifer then went on to serve as a Volunteer Director/A&R Conference Lead at Durango Songwriters Expo in 2004, where they achieved 60% client retention between events for increased revenue to the NPO annually. In 2011, they began working as a Mountainside Business Development/Director of Business Development (contract) at Transformation Consultants, where they created/oversaw community and clinical engagement rollouts for 50+ B2B grass-roots branding campaigns with ROI of $3.5M+. Jennifer M. began their educational journey in 1996, when they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from California State University, Northridge. Jennifer then attended UCLA Extension, where they obtained a Certificate in Songwriting in the Business and Craft of Songwriting in 1999-2000. In 2000, Jennifer M. attended New York University's Summer Music Business Program and earned a degree in Music Business. Later that same year, they earned a Master of Science (M.S.) and a Pupil Personnel Services Credential from California Lutheran University in Counseling & Guidance. In 2017, Jennifer M. completed Master's degree coursework in Organizational Leadership at Trevecca Nazarene University.
