Joanne M. Kaufman

Joanne M. Kaufman is an Associate Professor of Sociology at the University at Albany, SUNY, since June 2006, and previously served as an Assistant Professor at the University of Miami from August 2001 to May 2006. Kaufman earned a Ph.D. in Sociology from Emory University between 1993 and 2001 and holds a B.S. in Biology from Cornell University, obtained from 1987 to 1991.
