Theresa Pardo

Theresa Pardo serves as the Associate Vice President for Research at the University at Albany, SUNY, a position held since May 1994. In addition, Theresa holds several academic roles including Senior Fellow and Director at the Center for Technology in Government, Full Research Professor in Public Administration and Policy, and Affiliate Faculty in Information Science at the College of Emergency Preparedness, Homeland Security & Cybersecurity. Prior to this, Theresa was the Director of Academic Computing at Siena College from September 1990 to May 1994. Theresa earned a PhD in Information Science (1998), an MS in Educational Administration (1990), and a BA in Political Science (1982) from the University at Albany.
