Susan Jourdan

Susan Jourdan has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Susan began their career at TriNet in 1992, where they held various roles such as Production Specialist, 401k Analyst, Internal Payroll Coordinator, and Payroll Specialist. During their time there, they assisted employees with 401k enrollment and eligibility and handled calls related to the plan. Susan joined CoAdvantage in 2007 as a Garnishment Specialist, where they managed creditor garnishments, child supports, tax levies, and student loans, entering all information into the payroll system. Susan also handled customer service calls in relation to garnishments. In 2018, Susan worked as a Partner Support Specialist at iSolved HCM, and in 2019, they joined SUNZ Insurance Solutions in various Human Resources positions.

Susan Jourdan began their education in 1985 at the University of Wisconsin-Fond du Lac, where they studied General Studies until 1987. Susan then attended the State College of Florida-Manatee-Sarasota from 1989 to 2004, completing their Associate of Arts - AA degree in General Studies.
