Jerome Huser

Jerome Huser has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jerome began their career as an Operations-Manufacturing Engineer and Quality Technician at RR Donnelley Global Turnkey Solutions in 2009, where they played a key role in reducing production waste and implementing new programs for medical device production lines. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Spectrum Brands-Rayovac, where they achieved a substantial increase in productivity and throughput through lean manufacturing techniques and process improvements.

Following this, Jerome worked as a Manufacturing Project Engineer at Gardner Equipment Inc., where they developed innovative flow processes, designed new workstations, and improved facility layouts using Lean Manufacturing principles.
