Jasmine Garmo has a diverse work experience. Jasmine began their career in 2014 as a Data Collector and Project Assistant at the Mid-America Regional Council. In 2015, they moved to PACES, where they worked as a Case Manager. In 2017, they joined Park Hill School District as a Teaching Assistant. In 2018, they joined Super Dispatch, where they have held three roles: Office Administrator, People Operations Specialist, and People Operations Manager.

Jasmine Garmo attended Mercy High School Farmington Hills from 2007 to 2009, followed by Shrine Catholic High School from 2009 to 2011. Jasmine then went on to the University of Michigan, where they graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2014.
