Jurie Horneman has a diverse and extensive work experience in the gaming industry. Jurie started their career as a Project Manager at Rockstar Games, where they managed the Xbox conversion of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and led the development of Manhunt 2 for PS2 and Xbox. Jurie then worked as a Developer at Tupalo.com, contributing to design and strategy for a local business review site.

In 2006, Jurie became a Freelance Game Designer/Producer, working on a large virtual world project and providing design, technical, and strategic input to a multi-studio 3D virtual world project for MTV. Jurie also designed APIs for unified player experiences across multiple games and websites.

Jurie joined Arkane Studios in 2008 as a Producer, working on the development and design of LMNO, a co-developed title with Electronic Arts.

In 2009, Jurie co-founded Mi'pu'mi Games as Creative Director, leading the company's growth and responsible for defining and executing the creative strategy.
