Nick Southam

Nick Southam has a strong background in concept art, with experience spanning multiple prestigious companies in the gaming industry. Nick began their career at Rare Ltd as an Animator/2D Artist, working there from January 1999 to September 2003. After that, they worked as a concept artist at Raven Software from September 2005 to February 2007, followed by a role as a concept artist at vigil games from February 2007 to May 2012. Nick then joined Runic Games, Inc. as a Concept Artist, working from May 2016 to December 2017. From May 2012 to April 2016, they worked at 5thCell as a Concept Artist. Nick's next position was at Wizards of the Coast, where they served as a Senior Concept Artist from January 2018 to February 2020. Nick then moved to Mutant Arm Studios, where they held the same role from September 2020 to February 2023. Currently, they work as a Senior Concept Artist at Super Evil Megacorp, starting in March 2023.

Nick Southam attended the Surrey Institute of Art and Design from 1994 to 1997, where they obtained a BA (hons) degree in Animation.
