Johan Lourens

Johan Lourens currently serves as the Head of Finance: Statutory and Corporate Governance at Super Group (SGHC) since April 2023. Prior to this role, Johan held various positions including Group Financial Manager at Alaris Holdings Limited from August 2019 to April 2023, Financial Manager at Pump and Abrasion Technologies from April 2018 to July 2019, and Group Financial Manager at Select PPE (Pty) Ltd from March 2015 to March 2018. Earlier experience includes positions as Group Accountant and Accountant at Select PPE, as well as Auditor at G. Cambanis Inc. from March 2009 to February 2015. Johan's career started at Toys"R"Us as Store Director and Store Manager from May 2007 to February 2009, and includes a role as Franchisee at King Pie from December 2004 to May 2007. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Accounting Science and a Post Graduate Diploma in Advance Accounting Science from the University of South Africa, as well as a Bachelor of Accounting Science in Financial Accounting from the same institution.
