Maureen Patricia Kelly (formerly Schroeder), MHRM has a diverse range of work experience. Maureen Patricia is currently working at Super Purposes™ as the Director of People & Talent, overseeing a team of over 40 Human Resources Specialists. In this role, they are responsible for creating and managing HR processes and procedures, designing teammate engagement strategies, and ensuring the company retains top talent.

Prior to their current role, Maureen served as a Senior Human Resources Specialist at Super Purposes™, where they participated in team meetings, conducted one-on-one meetings with direct reports, and ensured compliance with state and federal HR laws.

Before joining Super Purposes™, Maureen worked as a Senior Corporate Securities Paralegal at Gallagher, Briody & Butler. In this role, they prepared various legal documents, maintained employee records, and conducted legal research on HR laws.

Earlier in their career, Maureen served as a Legal Assistant to the General Counsel at Big M, Inc., where they prepared employment agreements and collaborated with department managers to ensure the completion of legal tasks. Maureen Patricia also worked as an Office Manager/Paralegal at Kevin F. D'Amour, P.C., where they developed operational policies and procedures, managed payroll and financial tasks, and handled employee recruitment and training.

Maureen's work experience also includes a role as a Legal Assistant at Pepper Hamilton LLP, where they assisted with summer associate and permanent associate recruitment, prepared legal documents, and attended closings. Maureen Patricia also worked as an Administrative Assistant to the Senior Vice President at Merrill Corporation, where they managed calendars, facilitated communication between management and staff, and coordinated training programs.

Maureen Patricia Kelly (formerly Schroeder), MHRM, has a diverse education history. In 1994, they obtained an Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies and Computer Operations from Mercer County Community College. In 2006, Maureen earned a Bachelor's degree in Law & Justice/Business Management from The College of New Jersey. In 2014, they completed their Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from Southern New Hampshire University, followed by a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management from the same institution in 2014. In 2021, Maureen obtained a Certificate in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business. Maureen Patricia also holds additional certifications, including an Inclusive and Ethical Leadership Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education, a Talent Optimization Leader Certification from The Predictive Index, and Notary Public and Real Estate Salesperson certifications from the State of New Jersey. Maureen plans to pursue another certificate, Inclusive and Ethical Leadership, from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business in 2023.
