Scott Terry has a comprehensive work experience in the field of learning, leadership, and talent development. Scott began their career in 2002 as a Capability Development Leader at GE Capital and later moved on to RACQ, where they held various learning-related positions and eventually became the Senior Manager of Learning Development. In 2013, Scott joined Bank of Queensland as the Head of Learning and Development, leading the organizational capability strategy during a period of significant transformation. Scott then transitioned to Queensland Health in 2017 as a Senior Manager of Organizational Development before taking on the role of Head of Learning, Leadership & Talent at Super Retail Group, where they were responsible for the Asia Pacific area. Currently, Scott is the Head of Learning & Capability at nbn™ Australia.

Scott Terry received their Bachelor's Degree in Education from Griffith University between 2001 and 2006.
