Kaitlin Enderley has held a variety of roles in the marketing and e-commerce industries since 2010. From 2010 to 2011, they were an Intern at IGavel, Inc., where they improved inventory management tools and updated the database management system. From 2011 to 2012, they were an Intern at Kim Heirston Art Advisory, where they managed back-office operations, event logistics and provided research support. From 2012 to 2013, they were the Marketing and Design Manager at Stone & Strand, where they managed creative, marketing and business operations support. From 2013 to 2016, they were the Business Operations Manager at Remmey Antiques & Fine Art Appraisers, where they cultivated strong relationships with business partners and key influencers. From 2016 to 2019, they were the Digital Marketing Manager and Associate Manager, Brand Marketing at Adama Partners, where they managed agencies in developing and creating demand generation strategies. From 2019 to 2020, they were the Social Media & Brand Content Manager at Clare, where they developed and executed multi-channel content strategies. Additionally, they have been a Freelance Marketing Consultant at Super Smalls since 2020.

Kaitlin Enderley received their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from the University of Richmond - Robins School of Business between 2008 and 2012. In 2010, they studied Italian Decorative Arts at Università Bocconi. From 2014 to 2018, they attended the NYU School of Professional Studies for Appraisal Studies in Fine and Decorative Arts. In 2016, they earned their Accredited Jewelry Professional certification from GIA (Gemological Institute of America).
