Maira Almeida

Maira Almeida has a long history of work experience. Maira began their career in 1997 as a Set Designer/Producer at Pau Viola Productions. In 2002, they took on the role of Interior Designer at Unica Designs, and also became the Head of Design - Bed & Bath, Home Text, Floor Coverings & Dec Accessories at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. In 2012, they were appointed Sr. Head of Proprietary Design, Concept & Trends at One Kings Lane. In 2016, they became Creative Director, Design and Product Development at Juliska. In 2019, they were Creative Director at Allswell Home, and also became the CCO Creative Director, Design & PD at Walmart eCommerce. In 2020, they were appointed Vice President Creative and Brand at The Flex Company. Currently, they are the Vice President, Head of Creative at Packable and the Chief Design Officer (CDO) at Super Smalls.

Maira Almeida completed a Bachelor in Industrial Design from Universidade Federal da Bahia between 1996 and 2000. Maira then earned a Professional Designation in Interior Design from FIDM between 2001 and 2003.
