Alina Amza has a diverse and extensive work experience in HR and people management roles. Alina is currently working at Superbet as a People Business Partner for the Online, Marketing & BI divisions. In their previous role at Superbet, they served as the Group Wellbeing & Inclusion Director and People Business Partner for the Online department. Prior to joining Superbet, Alina worked as an HR Business Partner at GOPET TRANS, where they were responsible for developing and administering various HR plans and procedures. Alina also served as an HR Manager at Innobyte, where they focused on recruiting, HR strategies, and talent management. Alina has experience as an HR Manager at Vauban, where they handled recruitment, compliance, talent management, and organization HR re-engineering. Alina also worked as a Manager at HRMarket, which is an online HR catalog in Romania. Alina started their career as an HR Trainee at Expansiune Com and later worked as an HR Specialist at Essensys Software. Alina also briefly served as an HR Consultant at Perspective Group. Before transitioning into HR roles, Alina worked as a Customer Service Representative at Citi.

Alina Amza (she/her) has a diverse education history. Alina obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from The Academy of Economic Studies, where they studied from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Bucharest, Faculty of Philology, specializing in Romanian - American Studies from 2001 to 2005. Before attending university, Alina attended "\"Unirea\" National College - Focsani" from 1998 to 2001, where they pursued a degree in Foreign Studies with a focus on Foreign Languages.

Additionally, Alina has obtained several certifications to further enhance their professional skills. In 2023, they received the SafeTalks certification from LivingWorks. In 2022, they became an Insights Discovery Client Practitioner after completing the relevant program offered by Insights. Furthermore, in 2021, Alina received the Agile HR Certified Practitioner certification from Agile HR Community.
