Mirko Sefcic began their work experience in 2009 as an Administrative Assistant at the Historical Archive Subotica. Mirko then worked as a Legal Intern at the State Attorney's Office of the Republic of Serbia from 2011 to 2013. In 2014, Mirko became a Sales and Marketing Manager at Agro Bio Grain, where they were responsible for customer and supplier relations, market analysis, and business development. From 2013 to 2016, they served as a Legal Affairs Specialist at the City Administration/Council, where their key responsibilities included monitoring legislation and overseeing lease agreements for city business premises. Mirko worked as an Assistant Manager at Subway in 2017 and as a Customer Service Sales Representative at Tim Hortons UK & Ireland Ltd. from 2018 to 2019. At Agrivi, Mirko held positions as a Customer Success & SME Sales Specialist and SME Sales Specialist from 2019 to 2020. Mirko then moved on to Superbet as a Second Line Support and later as a Product Support from 2020 to 2021. Mirko also worked at Axilis as a Second Line Support and Product Support from 2020 to 2022. Currently, Mirko is employed at Happening as a Product Support.
Mirko Sefcic has a diverse education history, showcasing their expertise in various fields. Mirko started their educational journey by obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in International Law and Legal Studies from the University of Privredna Akademija, Faculty of Law in Novi Sad, Republic of Serbia. Mirko pursued their interest in EU Law by obtaining a Certificate from the University of Szeged in 2007. Additionally, they gained further knowledge in Constitution law and Contract law through a Certificate program at Eötvös Loránd University in 2005.

And in the same year, they completed a simulation of civil proceedings before the Court from the Municipal Court Novi Sad.
