Shaun Conning

Shaun Conning has a diverse work experience spanning many roles and companies. Shaun is currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Superbet since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at DAZN Group as the Chief People Officer from August 2020 to November 2022, and as the EVP People from June 2017 to August 2020. Shaun also held the position of Managing Director & Lead Consultant at ENCOMPASS PEOPLE from September 2011 to December 2018.

In addition, Shaun has co-founded and served as a Director at tap'd Solutions Limited, a company focused on providing talent solutions and improving the employee lifecycle experience. Shaun worked at tap'd Solutions Limited from May 2015 to November 2016.

Shaun's earlier experience includes HR Director roles at Compass Group, where they served as the HR Director for UK Operating Companies from February 2009 to June 2011, and as the HR Director for Specialist Markets from July 2008 to May 2009. Shaun also held various positions at Comet, including Head of Retail Operations, Head of HR, Head of Reward and HR Shared Services, General Manager - Retail Strategy & Productivity, Category Manager, Communications - IT Works, and Management Development & HR Advisor.

Shaun began their professional career at Marks and Spencer, where they worked in Commercial Management from September 1989 to June 1991.

Shaun Conning began their education at Bournemouth University in 1992, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Financial Services and graduated with honors in 1995. Afterward, they enrolled at the University of Oxford in 1995 and completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies in 1997. In 2014, Shaun Conning attended Hult Ashridge, where they obtained a Diploma in Executive Coaching in 2015.
