Yan Hui Li is a seasoned professional in product strategy and management with a background in digital solutions and customer experience. Previously, at Coursera from September 2021 to July 2022, Yan Hui Li conceptualized the award-winning "Coursera for Jobs" initiative as a Technical Account Manager and Product Specialist. With experience as a Customer Success Manager at Medallia from March 2017 to September 2021, Yan Hui Li managed end-to-end implementations for diverse accounts. Early career work included a research project on Chinese culture at Saatchi & Saatchi. Yan Hui Li holds an MA in Material and Visual Culture from UCL and a BA (Honors) in International Business with Communication Studies from the University of Nottingham.
