Ben Castleton

Head, Partnerships at Superconductive

Ben Castleton is the current Head of Partnerships at Superconductive. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Data Architect at Health Catalyst from December 2013 to October 2017. In this role, they helped Health Systems solve problems using data resources such as Enterprise Data-Warehouses. Ben also worked with product development teams to ensure that products meet the needs of clients.

Before working at Health Catalyst, Castleton was a Senior Data Analyst/Programmer at Massachusetts General Hospital from February 2010 to November 2013. In this role, they were the database administrator for the Quality Incentive Program of the Massachusetts General Physicians Organization. Ben also supported other projects that managed utilization of medical costs and patient populations. Some of the initiatives they worked on included UI and data pipeline management for Quality Incentive Program, quality measure performance, research and data analysis for clinical processes and therapies, radiology utilization variation initiatives, total medical spend initiatives, and quality improvement impact of economic incentives research.

Ben Castleton has a BS in Accounting and Information Systems from Brigham Young University. Ben is currently resourceful at google.com.
