Debbie Howe Assoc. Prior to this, Debbie accumulated 30 years of experience at Debenhams, where roles included HR Business Partner and various Store Manager positions, overseeing operational and strategic HR functions for 72 stores. Debbie's career began at Tesco as a Management Trainee, and later included a role as Relief Branch Manager at Sailsbury Handbags.
