Lisa Sequino

Lisa Sequino is an accomplished executive currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Supergoop! since March 2024. With extensive experience in the beauty and lifestyle sectors, Sequino was previously the Chief Executive Officer of JLo Beauty & Lifestyle from March 2022 to March 2024. Sequino's career at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. spanned nearly a decade, during which responsibilities included Senior Vice President of North America Brands, overseeing an $8 billion regional P&L, and leading various key brands in luxury beauty and fragrance at both Estee Lauder and Procter & Gamble. Educational qualifications include a B.A. in Law and Criminal Justice from Villanova University, a Master's in Cosmetics & Fragrance Marketing Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology, and a course from Harvard Business School Online in 2021. Additionally, Sequino has been a member of YPO since 2020.
