Sofia Gracia has worked in a variety of roles in the product development and marketing fields. Sofia began their career in 2008 as an Advertising Intern at HEB, where they were responsible for creating signage, billboards, and other graphics for store displays, as well as coordinating with vendors and clients to ensure successful project completion. In 2010, they worked as a Marketing and Sales Representative for Claudia Lobao, acting as a brand representative at industry trade shows and providing exceptional customer service in retail and wholesale settings. From 2011-2013, they were an Assistant Marketing Manager at Herff Christiansen, where they were involved in product development, shipping and logistics, and generating online content. Finally, from 2013-present, they have been at Supergoop!, where they have held the roles of VP, Executive Director, and Director of Product Development, leading the organization's efforts in the creation of new products, researching industry trends, and working with the marketing team.

Sofia Gracia completed a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising from the University of the Incarnate Word in 2010. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) in Graphic Design from San Antonio College in 2008. In addition, they have two certifications: Corporate Sustainability from New York University obtained in June 2020 and Optimal Product Management and Product Marketing from The 280 Group obtained in April 2016.
