Talin Avakian

Talin Avakian has a wealth of work experience. From 2009 to 2012, they were a Campus Center Manager and Community Advisor at Massachusetts College of Art. Talin also served as a Residential Counselor and Media Instructor at Native Tribal Scholars during this time. From 2012 to 2015, Talin was a Videographer/Editor at Davis Advertising, where they worked on TV spots, web videos, and internal marketing content. Talin then moved on to Production Director at Skyscope from 2015 to 2017, where they worked on customer testimonial micro documentary films and took ownership of social media/branding efforts. In 2018, Talin became the VP, Creative & Account Services and Director of Creative Services at Act Second. From 2019 to 2022, Talin worked as the VP, People & Employee Experience, Head of People, and Chief Happiness Officer at Standard Dose. Currently, they are the Senior Manager, People at Supergoop! and a Member of TroopHR, a national HR network created to empower People Professionals to drive change and maximize their impact as leaders.

Talin Avakian attended Massachusetts College of Art and Design from 2008 to 2012 and graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) in Cinematography and Film/Video Production.
