Caryn Koppenhoefer

Caryn Koppenhoefer is the Shared Services Manager at SuperGreen Solutions. Caryn has over fifteen years of experience in management and customer service.

Caryn started their career as an office manager at Michaux Family Chiropractic. Caryn then spent four years as an insurance manager and customer service representative at Chiropractic Health and Wellness Center. In 2012, they began working at Bridges Montessori as the Director of Admissions and Director of Finance. Caryn also taught Montessori classes at Bridges for two years. In 2019, they left Bridges to join SuperGreen Solutions as the Shared Services Manager.

In their current role, Caryn manages SuperGreen’s customer service team and oversees all shared services functions. Caryn is responsible for ensuring that SuperGreen’s customers receive exceptional service and that all shared services departments are running smoothly. Caryn is a highly effective leader with a proven track record of success in customer service and management.

Caryn Koppenhoefer has a B.A. in Communications - Television from Hope College and attended Union Presbyterian Seminary, Harford Community College, and Goucher College.
