Danijela Byers has over 10 years of work experience in various roles. Danijela began their career in 2011 at CT Corporation as a Business Process Analyst, Service Manager, and Customer Specialist. In 2017, they joined Zillow Group as a Sales Operations Analyst. In 2019, they moved to Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a Sales Strategy & Operations. In 2020, they became a Manager, Sales Operations at Zillow. In 2021, they joined Ethos as a Revenue Operations Manager, Partnerships. Danijela is currently a Sr Manager of Revenue Operations at Superhuman, a position they have held since 2022.

Danijela Byers obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business. Additionally, they obtained the Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in March 2020.
