Lily Ross began their career in 2015 as an Elementary School Teacher at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools. In this role, they demonstrated their ability to learn and use innovative training solutions for product and process training, served as the Instructional Team Leader, and developed proficiency with virtual meetings and Microsoft Office 365. In 2021, Lily joined Superhuman as a Customer Engagement Specialist II. In this role, they increased the scope of their team's responsibilities to include ownership of customer retention across multiple conversion paths. Lily was also responsible for customer engagement and retention on the platform across multiple conversion paths, and created educational resources and video content, as well as facilitated 1:1 concierge onboarding sessions.

Lily Ross has a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Teaching from Appalachian State University. In October 2022, they obtained a Certified Product Manager (CPM) certificate from Product School. In 2021, they obtained four additional certificates from LinkedIn: Tips for Better Business Writing, Communicating with Confidence, Customer Service: Serving Customers Through Chat and Text, and How to Be Both Assertive and Likable. In 2022, they are also pursuing a Product Management Certificate from Product School.
