Rachel Hyman

Rachel Hyman has worked as a software engineer since 2011. Rachel began their career as a GIS Research Assistant at the University of Chicago's Social Sciences Computing Services in 2012, and then became a Metcalf Intern at the University of Chicago Urban Network in the same year. In 2013, they were an iOS Developer at Detroit Labs, and then an iOS Developer at VOKAL Interactive in 2014. From 2016 to 2019, Hyman was an iOS Engineer at Sittercity, iOS Developer at Belly, and Senior iOS Engineer at Reverb. In 2019, they also worked as an iOS Engineer at Venmo. Hyman currently works as a Senior Software Engineer and Mobile Engineer at Superhuman, a position they have held since 2021.

Rachel Hyman received a BA in Geography from the University of Chicago in 2013. Rachel attended the University Laboratory High School from 2005 to 2009.
