Zoë Johannes

Zoë Johannes is currently the Director of People Ops and Development at Superhuman. Zoë has previously worked as the Senior Director of Business & People Operations at Catchafire, the Director of People Operations at Catchafire, and the Manager of People Operations at Catchafire. Prior to their work at Catchafire, Zoë was the Operations Manager & Associate Chief of Staff at Catchafire. Before that, they worked as a Program Associate for Charity Accountability at the Better Business Bureau Serving Metropolitan New York, Long Island, and Mid-Hudson Region. Zoë also has experience as a Social Impact Lab Co-op at Northeastern University and as a Community Engagement Intern at Oxfam America.

Zoë Johannes holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services from Northeastern University. Zoë is currently employed as a caseworker for the Department of Children and Families.

Zoë Johannes reports to Kristen Hayward, Head of People. They are on a team with Amanda Kellogg - Senior Manager, Customer Onboarding, Annette Margolis - Senior Manager, Customer Delight, and Matt Waters - Senior Manager, Customer Onboarding.
