Joyce Goodrich has over 29 years of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Joyce'smost recent role is Director of Human Resources at Superior Foods, where they started in March 2021. Prior to their master's degree, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications with a Journalism Emphasis from the University of Northwestern - St. Paul in 1991. Joyce's educational journey began at St. Clair High School, where they obtained a General Diploma in 1987. Alongside their education, they have also obtained two significant certifications. In 2005, they achieved the Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute. Joyce went on to earn the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management in 2015.
