Max Schärer

Max Schärer is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various roles and industries. Currently, Max serves as Controller at Superior Graphite since August 2021. Prior to this, Max held the position of Site Financial Controller at Nordex Group for a short tenure in early 2021 and dedicated time to personal projects and studies in Swedish bookkeeping and accounts from July 2020 to February 2021. Max's long-term leadership experience includes over two decades at Zuckermühle Rupperswil AG, where roles spanned Chief Executive Officer, Board Member, and Vice Director. Earlier in the career, Max contributed to Coop as a Project Coordinator for Space Management and gained foundational skills in accounting at Sprecher+Schuh. Academically, Max holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland and participated in the ERASMUS exchange program at the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg.
