B.s. Stephanie Martinez Chw

Stephanie Martinez, B.S., CHW, currently serves as a Service Coordinator I on the Outreach Team at Superior HealthPlan since September 2017. In this role, Stephanie completes biannual assessments to address members' health needs and follows up on service requests.
